These Philips adult AED pads are for use on persons 8 years of age and older or 55 lbs. or more. Philips AED pads must be replaced after use or once every 2 years regardless of use. An expiration date is marked on the front of the pads cartridge.

Returns
- AED units , Special Order items and DG rated batteries can not be returned.. You may receive a refund or credit on most other items within 15 days of delivery (Excluding special order, or made to order items). Items must be unopened, in their original packaging. All returned items must be in new condition. Please call us to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any merchandise. Please clearly write your RMA number on the shipping label of returned items. Items returned to us without an RMA will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns beyond 15 days will not be accepted.
- PPE items can not be returned.
- Training Manikins/ products can not be returned.
- Coupon Codes must be used at time of purchase. No refunds or credit will be applied to orders after order confirmation.
- ANY Refunds from orders purchased with PAYPAL will be refunded less the PAYPAL processing fee.
- Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we highly recommend that you ship returned items as 'Insured' using a reputable carrier who will issue a tracking number for the shipment.BERRN is not responsible for customer returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Purchase Order- net 30 terms invoice. Subject to credit approval . AED4Life does not participate in vendor portals for invoicing.
Payment by invoice requires a complete purchase order with ship to, bill to, and contact information for accounting and the receiver. For net 30 terms payment must be by EFT or cheque. (no credit card payment with N30 terms)

AED not included
SMART Pads Installation Guide:
- Remove new pads cartridge from its package
- Release and remove the old pads cartridge by locating the latch on top of the OnSite unit and sliding it
- Insert new pads cartridge by sliding the bottom end of the cartridge into the recess and then pressing down firmly until the latch clicks into place (see photo)
- Once the pads have been fully inserted, the OnSite unit will inform you that pads have been inserted and that it is ready for use.
