At AED4LIFE, we are fully committed to the durability and longevity of our life-saving Automated External Defibrillator (AED) devices. In accordance with Quebec's Bill 29, the Act to protect consumers from planned obsolescence and to promote the durability, repairability and maintenance of goods, we guarantee access to the necessary parts, repair services, and maintenance information for your AED. Maintence is available from AED4LIFe through trackmyaed.ca
This commitment applies to all AED models purchased from AED4LIFE.
Your Right to Repair: Availability Guarantee
As required by Bill 29, we guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services, and information necessary to maintain or repair your AED for a reasonable period following the date of purchase.
1. Availability of Replacement Parts
We guarantee the availability of all necessary replacement parts and accessories for your AED, including electrode pads, batteries, and other essential accessories, for a period that ensures the device can be supported according to Health Canada guidelines, which typically extend up to eight (8) years after the unit is discontinued by the manufacturer.
